Home is where the heart is. In my career, I have lived in eight countries across three continents. A learning journey that showed me over and over again that you cannot move forward if you are not willing to change. Personally, I prefer to talk about growth. Growth is not something you can just force. Growth is only possible if you dare to make sharp choices. And bouncing not only clarifies things, it is also inspiring and can even be confrontational. It provides acceleration and dynamics and you need that to grow.
