Bounce & Steer is an approach I developed myself. With Bounce & Steer, I create an environment where clear, honest and sometimes confrontational questions are asked. I strongly believe in clear communication and uncovering hidden challenges. By "bouncing" together and asking the right questions, we gain deep insight about what is needed to achieve the goals and, furthermore, it becomes clear what choices and decisions need to be made to reach a successful solution. Throughout the entire process, of course, we continue to monitor and make adjustments as needed.
